The ‘3P Network’ has highly qualified individuals who can help you to ensure that your measurements are the right ones, measuring the right things, in order for your organization to achieve your goals. We can help you improve performance, through development of measurement systems and performance based management processes; through analysis of current measurement systems, and improved measurements. We can also work hands on by working with you to improve current poor performing areas or negative trends.
Product improvement -
The ‘3P Network’ can help drive improvements in product and process development through 6 Sigma, 8D-Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and other processes. The ‘3P Network’ can also work with you to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.

Our Vision
Our Vision is to provide a wide range of services with an even wider range of applications. By using an organization of highly qualified, capable, competent individuals who know their business and care about their customers, we will meet customer requirements in a way that recognises and respects their unique situations. Unlike most consulting organizations we will not follow a one size fits all approach. We strongly believe that provision of our services should be customized to the needs of the customer. For instance, while many consultants use pre written process documentation for system creation, applying a simple find and replace function to input the customer’s name, we create unique documentation for each customer. This approach is more difficult for the consultant, but provides a much better, more useful and effective system for the customer.
We recognize the financial restraints on some customers. For that reason we will customize our approach to each job and keep costs down. However at no time will we let our service deteriorate. Services provided will always be high value and we will strive in all cases to provide considerably more value than the contract or job calls for.
